Our 30-Day "Keep It" Guarantee
At Lunivo we'd rather you try our products without risk than agonize over whether they'll work for you. So we offer a 30-Day "Keep It" Guarantee.
Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order and we'll refund you in full — the product price plus any shipping you paid. You don't need to prove you used it, and you don't need to send anything back.
No return required. We don't ask you to package up a worn compression sleeve and pay to mail it back. If it didn't work for you, keep it, pass it to someone who might get more out of it, or recycle it.
1. How to Request a Refund
- Email us at info@shoplunivo.com within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Include your order number and the name on the order.
- If you'd like, tell us what didn't work. This is not a condition of your refund — it just helps us improve.
Once we confirm your request, we'll issue your refund to the original payment method within 72 hours. Depending on your bank, it typically appears on your statement within 5–10 business days. We'll email you as soon as it's been issued.
2. Order Cancellations
You can cancel within 12 hours of placing your order. Email info@shoplunivo.com with your order number and the subject line CANCEL MY ORDER.
After 12 hours your order may already be processed and dispatched. If that happens, wait for it to arrive and use the refund process above — the outcome is the same.
3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please check your order when it arrives. If something is damaged, defective, or isn't what you ordered, email info@shoplunivo.com within 7 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the issue
We'll send a replacement at no cost to you. No return needed, and this is separate from the 30-day guarantee — it doesn't use it up.
4. Exclusions
The Keep It Guarantee doesn't apply to:
- Requests made more than 30 days after the confirmed delivery date
- Gift cards and promotional items
- Orders of more than 3 units intended for resale
